These terms apply to the SelfM – Time Tracker & Planner app for Android (“SelfM”) and the selfm.app website, published by Self Management. By downloading or using SelfM you agree to these terms. Your use of the app is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.
1. Using SelfM
SelfM is provided for personal and professional time tracking. You may use the app for any lawful purpose. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute the app, except where the law allows it.
2. Your data
Your activities and statistics are stored on your device and belong to you. You are responsible for keeping backups, for example by exporting your data. We cannot recover data that is lost when the app is uninstalled, the app data is cleared, or the device is lost or reset. See our privacy policy for details.
3. Free app and advertising
SelfM is free to download. The app shows ads from third-party providers to support its development.
4. No warranty
SelfM is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work hard to keep it accurate and reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that time records will be complete. Please check important records — for example hours you bill to clients — before relying on them.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Self Management is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, income or profit, arising from your use of SelfM or this website.
6. Changes
We may update SelfM and these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page. If you continue to use SelfM after changes take effect, you accept the updated terms.
